Protein profilling is one of the proteomic technology applications, where it able to identify the proteins present within the sample. from protein profilling, protein characteristic, and quantity in certain condition and time able to be known and measure. Besides, the information nregarding the bilogical process related to the expression within the cell in different health conditions. protein profilling in the health industry is essential, as it is able to be used as an early diagnostic method, prognosis, detecting degenerative disease, and investigate the side effects caused by certain drug compouds for a specific disease, in this experiment, two samples of human blood plasma were used and undergo protein profilling techniques to know whether there are presences of unique identified proteins that, in the future able to be biomakers of certain disease. the processes of protein profilling were done through several methods, from the protein quantification up to the analysis of the data.
