Quality Assurance within the Supplier Distribution and Quality Department and Claim Label Monitoring Study based on BPOM Regulation Number 26/2021 about Nutrition Labelling
Supplier and Distribution Quality (SDQ) is responsible to ensure the quality of raw material and finished product by performing several tasks. Supplier audit is the assessment that was performed to ensure the performance of suppliers. The project of translating the Supplier and Distribution Quality Assurance document was performed to construct the document in Bahasa and update the current guideline. Customer complaint analysis had the significance to know the trend of complaints based on the available parameter and to establish the action plan. Project of Comparative Test was performed to assess the performance of laboratory personnel using the Z-score formula analysis. The result showed that the performance of laboratory personnel at PT. Indolakto was satisfactory. Claim Label Monitoring project was performed to analyze the product compliance based on BPOM Regulation No. 26 Year 2021. The method of monitoring was performed by comparing the actual nutrient content to the stated value in the nutrition label. The result showed that the product compliance for both SCI Choco and UHT Full Cream were 100% compliance. In conclusion, the company had a satisfactory performance in manufacturing the product. It was recommended to choose the product with the shelf life around 8-9 months that had been stored under controlled condition to prevent the decrease in nutrient content. In conclusion, the audits for suppliers, document task, data analysis for customer complaint, comparative test and nutrition composition compliance had been performed.
