Evan Octavian - Personal Name;

PT Firmenich Indonesia is a company that produced flavors and fragrances. Its stakeholder
are Firmenich Trading Corporation and PT Indesso Aroma. There are 3 main activities in PT
Firmenich Indonesia which are planning, production, and quality control. Quality control is
one of the divisions in here. This division is located in the QHSE superdivision. Checking the
quality of raw materials and finished goods is their main job. There are three projects that
author conducted in this company, which are specification legacy review, prescreening
sensory panelists, and validation reagent shelf life. Prescreening sensory panelists is the
main project that is used for sorting potential panelist who has a good ability to conduct
sensory test. Sensory test is a critical test in the flavor industry because it is used for

prescreening sensory data in order to evaluate whether there is any relationship between
gender, age, and habit with the result of recognition taste. The observation showed there is
no statistically significant relationship between variables, since all of their significant value is
larger than 0.05. The addition amount of participant and the utilization of several sensory
