Developing Health & Nutrition Awareness Among College Students Through Social Media

This study was completed by the author who had the opportunity to do an internship as an E-commerce marketing intern at Kalbe Nutritionals. Kalbe Nutritionals assure the products bring goodness to life for all of the customers, both in Indonesia and across the world, and are convinced that the company should constantly provide the most excellent nutrition solution to each individual. Nowadays, when unpleasant food options abound and sedentary habits rule, knowing health and nutrition have become increasingly vital. Self-awareness of eating habits on healthy food and beverage goods gives college students a comprehensive understanding of the market's diverse offerings. Therefore, educational activities, public health campaigns, healthcare professional engagement, technology-driven solutions, and community support are all important components in encouraging people to make healthy choices. The goal of this project is to assess college students' knowledge of health and nutrition through a campaign program. 30 participants successfully completed a series of events in the campaign programs, that included followed workshops and the distribution of video content about health and nutrition awareness via an online survey administered twice: at baseline (Mdn= 3) and endline (Mdn= 6) using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank.
