The role of organizational technical support in building COVID-19 digital capabilities and employee productivity from the perspective of personnel in Jakarta IT companies
COVID-19 has triggered worldwide health, economic, and social disaster. It also showed the importance of digital technology. Since March 2020, there has been a flurry of legislative and programmatic interventions to demonstrate the use of digital capabilities for people, as a variety of digital tools and strategies have been employed.
This study investigates several factors that influence a person's productivity when completing work from home. Various factors are either positive or unfavorable quality of the employees. Related research has the aim of seeing how influential technology assistance from corporate organizations has on employees' digital skills and how it relates to employee productivity.
Consequently, using quantitative techniques and the Linkert scale as the methodology for this thesis is a solid instrument for obtaining accurate data and understanding the beneficial effects of Information Technology training, digital infrastructure support management suppport on productive employees.
